Securities Industry (Fees) Amendment Act 1981

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Securities Industry (Fees) Amendment Act 1981.

(2) The Securities Industry (Fees) Act 1980¹ is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

2 Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation.

3 Fees payable

3. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (d) “and”; and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (1) (e) the following word and paragraph:

“: and (f) the submission to the Commission of documents for examination by the Commission,”.
