        <heading>Short title</heading>
        <content>
          <p>		This Act may be cited as the <i>Family Assistance Legislation Amendment (Child Care Budget Measures) Act 201</i><i>1</i><i>.</i></p>
        </content>

        <heading>Commencement</heading>
        <content>
          <p>This Act commences on the day this Act receives the Royal Assent.</p>

              <p>Note:	Indexation of the CCR limit resumes on <date date="2014-07-01">1 July 2014</date>.</p>
