              <num>i</num>

                <p>between <date date="2012-01-01">1 January 2012</date> and <date date="2013-12-09">9 December 2013</date>, the MRCC is liable to pay compensation under subsection 16(1) in respect of the cost of medical treatment obtained in relation to the SRCA injury;</p>

                <p>The employee is entitled to be provided with treatment as a result of the table in subsection (3) on and after:</p>

                <p>if subparagraph (1)(c)(i) applies—<date date="2013-12-10">10 December 2013</date>; or</p>
