            <p>Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.</p>

                  <p>	(1)	A person (the <b><i>defendant</i></b>) commits an offence if:</p>
                </content>

                  <p>	(a)	the defendant engages in conduct in relation to another person (the <b><i>third party</i></b>); and</p>
                </content>

                <p>An order must not have the effect that a term of imprisonment imposed on a person for a Commonwealth child sex offence be served partly cumulatively, or concurrently, with an uncompleted term of imprisonment that is, or has been, imposed on the person for:</p>

                <p>(1)	The Attorney-General must cause a review to be undertaken of the first 3 years of the operation of the following provisions of <i>Crimes Act 1914</i>, as amended by this Act, in relation to Commonwealth child sex offences (within the meaning of that Act):<ref href="#part-IB">Part IB</ref> (sentencing, imprisonment and release of federal offenders) of the </p>
