          <p>		This Act is the <i>Disability Services and Inclusion (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) </i><i>Act </i><i>2023</i>.</p>

        <heading>Commencement</heading>
        <subsection eId="sec-2__subsec-1">

            <p>Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.</p>

                <p>	(a)	an eligible organisation (within the meaning of the <i>Disability Services Act 1986</i> as in force immediately before that commencement), where:</p>

              <content>
                <p>before that commencement, <role refersTo="#minister">the Minister</role> approved the making of a grant of financial assistance to the organisation under Part II of that Act; and</p>
